2. Description of Service

TradeVault is a manual trade journaling tool designed to help traders log and analyze their trades. The service is not integrated with any trading platforms and does not provide automatic trade importing capabilities. Users are responsible for manually entering their trade data.

3. User Responsibilities

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not engage in any unauthorized use of the service
• Maintain separate subscriptions for charting, technical analysis, and trading execution platforms

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of TradeVault are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Payment and Refund Terms

TradeVault is available through an annual plan or a one-time lifetime payment, exclusive of taxes. This grants you access to the app including current features and updates. We offer a 14-day refund policy if you are not satisfied with the service. While we commit to providing bug fixes indefinitely, we cannot guarantee continuous feature improvements forever.

6. Limitation of Liability

TradeVault is provided "as is" without any warranties. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service.
